Correlation between Job Crafting and Employee Resilience during Pandemic Covid-19

چکیده

 This research aimed to seek the correlation of job crafting and employee resilience. were done on 38 employess from various industrial organization. The result this shows that there is a positive between resilence with coefficient 0.453. It showed employees who proactively modify their specific task, build more meaningful relationship at work, change thought about be meaningful, tend resilient than do not redesign job. Proactively adding task in has given satisfaction sense reaching out while they are doing They learn improve different competency when which actually responsibility. Crafting also gives self-efficacy way view built belief can overcome problems therefore making them resilient.
